AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

Primary objective
To help the Non Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and the private sector in the field of population welfare, particularly in respect of family planning, reproductive health and mother and child health by way of establishing scenters of excellence.

Secondary objectives
i) To serve as a forum for making grants to the beneficiaries.
ii) To support, strengthen and increase contribution of NGOs, private voluntary organizations and community based administrative units working for population welfare in the social sector.
iii) To identify and involve NGOs and private sector in Population Welfare Program.
iv) To prepare feasibility and need assessment reports, monitor and evaluate on going projects of NGOs in RH/FP field.
v) To arrange and provide training and technical assistance to NGOs and Private Voluntary Organizations working for population welfare.
vi) To carry out studies, investigations, survey and data collection to the extent required for fulfilling the purpose of the Trust.
